For the purpose of tracking performance, stock picks are purchased at the opening price at 9:30 AM EST and sold at a certain stop loss or at the end of the market day 4:00 PM EST. We cannot and do not guarantee that you will make money, that part is up to you. You bear sole responsibility for your trading actions and CatalystStocks.com will not be held liable.

This is not a subjective "unconditional satisfaction" refund guarantee, but a performance agreement based on the objective performance of our stock picks and not just picks the subscriber may have taken.
